Whether you’re looking for a bit of counseling, going through a life transition, or need professional assistance overcoming a traumatic experience - your well-being is my number one priority. I strive to empower clients by providing a safe, nurturing and nonjudgmental space for them to embrace and strengthen their true selves. I grew up in Jessamine County and have been serving central Kentucky in the mental health profession since 2013. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of Kentucky, received a B.A. in Communications from Asbury College,  and a M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the Eastern Kentucky University,  a CACREP accredited program. I have experience working with individuals of all ages managing a variety of conditions - from inpatient adolescent & adult services, crisis stabilization, foster care services, in-home therapy, to outpatient adult/child/adolescent services. I love helping others and empowering them to achieve their goals. We all experience challenges and I want to  help others process, cope, and overcome challenges life presents. No one is above the pressures and challenges this world throws at us and my goal is to assist you in your journey of self-discovery and self-improvement. My passion is helping children, adolescents, and adults live a life worth living. Counseling can be a lifesaver but only if you give it a chance.
